NISOM’s Lollipops & Music for Our Preschoolers concert series is geared more towards entertainment than education, but gives young children exposure to music that is beneficial to their developing minds. L&MOP concerts are held at 10 AM on the second Saturday of the month at Carnegie-Stout Public Library and feature different musicians each month.
